Do I need to come to Lesso Home Booth at Canton fair to get my interpreter?
You can book an interpreter for the Canton Fair. You need to book the service at least 2 weeks prior to your project.
When you have successfully purchased the buyer membership service online, one of our customer service members will follow up and contact you, to confirm the details, including where you will meet your interpreter.
Am I able to choose which 2 or 3 days I want to use the interpreting service? Is there an online form I need to fill in, or do I need to download a form, complete and re-submit it?
Technically any date within the service scope and validity is workable.
You need to book the service at least 2 weeks prior to your project.

Do services need to be used on consecutive days or can they be booked for two separate days? Or I can pick one day on Monday, one on Friday and one on following week?
Services can be booked for any days within the service scope and validity. You need to book the service at least 2 weeks prior to your project. However, once dates have been confirmed, they will be fixed.
Can the one service package be split and used by two different people or companies?
We recommend that each person or party has their own services package to ensure they get the best results out of the service.
Is there a contact number that I can call to talk to someone about these services in English?
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Bookings may be canceled at any time during the processing stage, before payment has been made. However once a payment has been made, it cannot be refunded.
If you are not able to use the service on the scheduled date(s), you can contact us at least 7 working days in advance to request it be rescheduled. Alternatively, you can request a transfer of the service to a nominated party, who will use the service under your name.

Can I pay using a credit card?
Yes, we accept online payments via Paypal or your Paypal account linked to your credit card.
Am I getting a professional interpreter during my Canton Fair tour?
Yes, definitely. All our interpreters are accredited professionals with extensive experience in interpreting. They will be on hand and by your side on your chosen days during the Fair, providing you with expert language services and support for your business.
Will Lesso Home or my Interpreter be able to provide help with transport?
Help with arranging transport is not part of the interpreting services package.
However we at Lesso Home do understand that buyers may need assistance with other matters on the days they are using our buyer membership services.
You are welcome to ask your interpreter or us for assistance and we will do our best to help. Please note that any additional staff time required or expenses incurred while providing such assistance will attract additional fees.
Can I use 2 days interpreting services, and another 1 day of conference room?
Yes, that’s included in the service package that we have offered.
